At CozyClothStudio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if there are any issues with the product, we are here to help.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Mislabeled

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. However, if you choose to return the item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless we agree to cover the return shipping costs.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of product delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process any refund requests.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

  • Provide proof of purchase and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or mislabeled product.
  • We will guide you through the return process.

4. Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (personal preference), you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. However, if the product is damaged or mislabeled, we may cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to appear in your account.

7. Non-Refundable Items

We do not have any specific exclusions for non-refundable items.
